Hey, I'm Justin Pavis! I'm a business owner, podcast host, community advocate, and someone who genuinely loves connecting with people.

I'm the Founder and CEO of Blake & Alder Property Management, a company I built around relationships, trust, and doing right by people.

Outside of running my company, I serve on multiple boards, work alongside local nonprofits, and stay actively involved in the Portland business community. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I'm passionate about supporting queer voices, creating opportunities for others, and making sure people feel seen, heard, and accepted for exactly who they are.

Now, you're probably wondering how a guy who owns a property management company ended up hosting a podcast called Slightly Unhinged.Well, I've always loved to talk! But more than that, I've always loved hearing people's stories.

Over the years, I've met some incredible people through business, traveling, community events, and just living life. I started realizing how many amazing stories were out there that deserved to be shared, And that's how Slightly Unhinged with Justin Pavis was born.

I love bringing people together from all walks of life, from entrepreneurs, entertainers, drag queens, creatives, community leaders, and people who simply have an incredible story to tell. Some conversations are hilarious, some are emotional, and some go in directions I never could have imagined.

Everyone has a story, and sometimes the people you least expect have the most incredible ones to share. I hope that through this podcast, people laugh, learn something new, feel a little less alone, or maybe even see the world from a different perspective.

When I'm not running a business or sitting behind a microphone, you'll usually find me traveling with my husband, Daniel. We love exploring new places, enjoying good food and wine, meeting new people, and making memories along the way. When we're home, I'm spending time with our two dogs, Alder and Reggie, and enjoying the little moments that make life special.
